Expression of Interest for Construction of Poly Greenhouse Nursery in Saptari

Koshi Victim’s Society (KVS) Saptari is planning to construct four low-cost poly greenhouse nurseries, one each in Saptakoshi, Kanchanrup, Hanumannagar Kankalini and Tilathi Koiladi municipalities of Saptari district. The purpose of the nursery is to help a lead farmer in producing quality saplings of vegetables and fruits round the year. The specific requirements and description of the proposed nursery are: 

Nursery Description and Requirements: 

• The nursery should be an enclosed greenhouse nursery with necessary ventilation and cooling mechanism. 
• The proposed size of the nursery is 15m x 6 m with a clearance height of at least 3m. The size is flexible upon design and estimate. 
• The material used for the greenhouse should be economic and durable polyfilm of good quality. Quality certification for durability, diffusion of light and UV treatment would be added value.

Interested service providers are requested to provide the following documents as an expression of interest

1. Registration document. 
2. Tax Clearance documents.
3. Organizational profile and proof of similar work.
4. A detailed design estimate of the nursery with necessary drawings or sketches. The quotation should clearly mention the description of work, clear specification of materials used, quantity, rate (per unit price) and amount. Please refer to the attachment. 
5. Any quality assurance document will be an added value.
