Expression of Interest (EOI) for Consultancy Services: Request for Proposal (RFP) for Hazard Specific Simulation/Drill in Achham District

The Working for Access and Creation Nepal (WAC-Nepal) Achham has been implementing the Community Based Disaster Risk Redicus (CBDRR) Project in 2 Palikas in Achham district. and 3 Palika of Kailali district. This CBDRR Project has been implementing in partnership with World Vision International Nepal with the funding from MoFA Japan with a goal to Develop a foundation to reduce the vulnerability on disaster in the target communities and local governments in Achham and Kailali districts. 

As part of this initiative, the project plans to deliver Hazard Specific Simulation/Drill at 6 Wards of Achham Districts (Panchadewal Binayak Municipality and Turmakhad Rural Municipality of Achham District. Accordingly, WA_ Nepal invites Requests for proposals (RFP) from qualified firms or individuals (Registered in PAN/VAT) to deliver Hazard Specific Simulation/Drill at 6 wards.  Thus, WAC Nepal invites Expression of Interest (RFP) from qualified firms or individual (Registered in PAN/VAT) to Provide Training. The hard/ e-copy copy of the EOI can be submitted with quotation in the mentioned address.

(A) Services:

• Hazard Specific Simulation/Drill at 6 Wards of Achham District (Turmakhad Rural Municipality and Panchadewal Binayak Municipality) 

(B) Application procedure:

Firms are required to submit the following documents: 

• Letter of interest 
• Copy of VAT/PAN registration certificate 
• Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Copy of Firms registration.
• Renew document of firms.
• Copy of Citizenship of firm owner. 
• CV and experiences letter on Related subject
