Expression of Interest (EoI) for Consultancy Services and Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Supply of Various Materials under the “Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School (PGESS) Project.”

Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is a member-based, non-governmental, non-profit making organization registered in the District Administration Office, Sindhuplachok, in 1992 and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC). Tuki has been working with and for children in the area of education, child protection, people with disability, social security and gender equality for social justice.

Tuki Association Sunkoshi (TUKI) is implementing "Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School" (PGESS) Project in twelve schools of Sunkoshi RM of Sindhupalchok district with financial and technical support of ChildFund Japan.

Tuki Association Sunkoshi invites interested and eligible parties to submit proposals or quotations for the following opportunities

Consultancy Services:

• Tuki Association Sunkoshi is seeking interested and eligible expert individual consultants, consultancy companies, firms, and/or their joint ventures registered in Nepal under government rules and regulations to conduct various trainings under the Promoting Gender Equality and Safety in School Project. The selected consultant will work in close collaboration with the Tuki team throughout the process and is expected to have proven expertise in training module design, facilitation in the specified training areas, and professional report writing skills. Supply of Materials:

• For the effective implementation of the project, Tuki Association Sunkoshi invites sealed quotations (soft copy) from interested and eligible suppliers/companies/firms registered in Nepal under prevailing government rules and regulations for the supply and delivery of various materials as specified in the detailed Request for Quotation (RFQ) document. Eligible consultants, firms, companies, or individuals are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (EoI)/Proposal as outlined in the ToR, while interested suppliers are requested to submit their sealed quotations (soft copy) along with price, VAT registration certificate, PAN, company registration, and other necessary documents to jobs.tukiassociation@gmail.com no later than 3rd September 2025.
