Sindhuli Integrated Development Services Nepal (SIDS Nepal) is a non-profit national organization established in 1994 and working in the sectors of education, health, livelihood, governance, and community development. In partnership with ChildAid Network, SIDS Nepal is implementing the Kopila II Project in Hariharpurgadhi Rural Municipality, Sindhuli District, with the objective of improving foundational learning outcomes through quality education, supportive school environments, enhanced parental engagement, and strengthened local government support for early-grade education.

SIDS Nepal hereby invites sealed Technical and Financial Proposals from qualified individual trainers/consultants and consulting firms legally registered in Nepal to conduct Grades 1–3 Teacher Training based on the Integrated Curriculum.

Key Assignment Areas

• Design and facilitate Grades 1–3 teacher training based on the Integrated Curriculum.
• Conduct participatory sessions on child-centred and activity-based teaching-learning approaches.
• Facilitate integrated lesson planning and classroom management for early grades.
• Support teachers in developing and using locally available Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs).
• Conduct demonstration classes, micro-teaching, group work, peer learning, and reflection sessions.
• Promote inclusive teaching practices and continuous assessment of children’s learning.
• Prepare and submit training materials, participant records, and a comprehensive training completion report.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Education or a related field.
• Proven experience as a ToT-certified Trainer for Grades 1–3 Integrated Curriculum.
• Strong understanding of child-centred pedagogy and competency-based teaching-learning approaches.
• Experience in conducting participatory teacher training programmes.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and report-writing skills.
• Previous experience working with NGOs/INGOs, or Government education programmes will be an advantage.

Evaluation Criteria

• Technical Proposal: 60%
• Financial Proposal: 40%

Assignment Duration

The assignment shall be completed within one month from the date of agreement signing, including preparation, facilitation of four training events, and submission of the final report.

Submission Deadline: 11 August 2026, 5:00 PM (NST)

Submission Process: Interested Consultants/Trainers shall submit their Technical and Financial Proposals in a sealed envelope (hard copy) or via email as password-protected documents by 11 August 2026. The envelope or email subject must clearly state "Teachers Training for Grades 1–3 Based on the Integrated Curriculum." Late submissions will not be considered.
