KOSHI VICTIM'S SOCIETY (KVS), is a non-political and non-profitable organization established in 2003 in Saptari District of Nepal. Since then, KVS is engaged in humanitarian assistance, community development, conservation of natural resources, environmental protection and economic growth mainly in the humanitarian and long-term development projects.KVS is the District Lead Support Agency (DLSA) in Saptari and supports the local government for coordination in disaster preparedness, response and recovery plan and programs, disaster data information management support, preparing of local plans and policies and reporting and documentation.

KVS is an implementation partner of the project USAID Local Works: Saptari which is funded by USAID. The project has been implemented inKanchanrup Municipality-4 and 10, HanumannagarKankalini Municipality-4 and 5 and Tilathikoiladi Rural Municipality-4 and 8 and AgnishairKrishnasabran Rural Municipality-4 and 5 of Saptari district. The project supports the most vulnerable households who have been adversely affected by COVID-19 in raising awareness and building up skill for income generation through off and on farm activity. 

KVS for USAID Local Works:Saptari is looking for consultancy service for “Organization Capacity Building: Policy Development and Updating of Internal Audit Procedure and Policy”

Interested firms are requested to submit a complete document as given in the attachment along with

1. Updated CV of team leaders and team members. 
2. Technical proposal 
3. Financial Proposal
4. PAN/VAT Certificate
5. Tax clearance certificate
6. Company/Firm Registration
7. Audit report
