In 2000, Rural Education and Environment Development Center (REEDNepal) was established as a Nepali NGO with the goal of ensuring inclusive quality education and environment. Since its inception, REED Nepal has followed Sir Edmund Hillary's footsteps to mountainous region; North East of Nepal, the home of Mount Everest and Himalayas. Annually, REED Nepal works with over 550 schools, over 15000 teachers, and community members.
REED-Nepal has a holistic approach to ensuring quality education. With the support of its funding partners- the Australian Himalayan Foundation, Himalayan Trust, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT)-Australia and Himalayan Trust- UK, ADB, and KarunaTrust/BMZ, REED-Nepal has 4 key programs-Teacher training, school infrastructure, Gender Equality Disability & Social Inclusion, and Environment & Disaster Risk Reduction.
REED Nepal invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from interested firms, companies and association for the supplies of following goods and services during fiscal year 2022-23.

2 | Hotel services inside and outside Kathmandu valley (meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation) |
| 3 | Vehicle hiring Services inside and outside Kathmandu valley |
| 4 | Cargo and land transportation (PAN registration for domestic transportation) |
| 5 | IT Supply and services (Computer, Laptop, Printer, and Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and IT accessories) |
| 6 | Supply of Office furniture, fixtures, and furnishing |
| 7 | Maintenance (furniture, office plumbing, and electricity maintenance) |
| 8 | Insurance services (vehicle, medical, accidental, etc) |
| 9 | Office Stationeries and office supplies |
| 10 | Printing and publication (Visiting Card, notebook, annual report, books, t-shirts, cap, bags, winter wears, etc.) |
| 11 | Supply of School educational teaching and learning materials /Science lab Materials |
| 12 | Supply of Library books and ECD Materials |
| 13 | Advertisement agencies (online and print media) |
| 14 | Supply of Mask and Sanitizer |
| 15 | Office Supplies (Stationaries, and so on) |
| 16 | Service Providers in developmental studies (baseline, endline, and project evaluation) |
17 | Service Providers in-office maintenance (computers, electricity, and plumbing) |
Interested parties are requested to apply their sealed hard copy EOI with a cover letter, a copy of firm Registration certificate, a copy of VAT/ PAN certificate, latest tax clearance, and vendor profile to the Admin & Finance Department, REED Nepal, Bakundole, Lalitpur: P.O. Box No: 8260, Kathmandu latest by 30 June 2022 before 5 PM. No telephone calls, written and personal inquiries will be entertained in this regard. REED Nepal reserves the right to accept/reject any or all firms without assigning any reason whatsoever.
