One Heart Worldwide (OHW) is an International Non-governmental Organization that has been working in the area of Maternal and Neonatal Health (MNH) since 2011.  OHW is currently working in eighteen districts of Nepal. 

OHW, Nepal hereby invites qualified firms/suppliers/companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlisting in the preferred/ pre-qualified Vendor list for English F/Y 2021/22 to provide one or more of the following goods/services as mentioned below:

• Advertisement Services
• Air Ticketing
• Courier Services 
• Custom Clearing Services
• Electronic equipment (Heater, Fan, etc.)
• General Office Maintenance (Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, etc.)
• General Office Supplies (Stationeries, Cartridges, Cleaning materials, etc.)
• Insurance Services
• IT Equipment and Accessories
• IT Equipment Maintenance
• Medical Consumables & Pharmaceutical Items
• Medical Equipment & instruments (Birthing Centre & Hospital)
• Office Furniture & Furnishing
• Office Security & Cleaning Services - Outsource
• Printing and Publication - Translation, Editing, Designing, Printing & Publication
• Promotional Materials - T-shirt, Bag pack, Plaque, Cup, Pen, etc. 
• Safety & Security Materials - Fire Extinguishers, Earthquake/Fire Alarm, etc.

Submission of Expression of Interest (EOI): Interested companies/suppliers should submit:

1. OHW supplier registration form by filling up a google form https://forms.gle/GUiTPjHLt3RRpYp28, 
2. A copy of registration certificate, 
3. VAT/PAN registered copy,
4. Latest Tax Clearance Certificate copy,
5. Company profile with three best reference letters. 

Only interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI by online google form as aforementioned by 5:00 PM, August 15, 2021.

Please note: The EOI does not constitute solicitation. We merely seek expression of interest to participate in the quotation/bid.

A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Only Vendors which in OHW sole discretion are deemed eligible and qualified upon completion of an objective evaluation of their EOI submissions may receive the final vendor solicitation documents. OHW reserves the right to change or cancel or modify the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process.

OHW reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons whatever.
