Re-Advertisement: Expression of Interest (EoI) 

The Fred Hollows Foundation (The Foundation) is seeking expressions of interest from consulting companies interested for the final evaluation of the project “Integration of Diabetic Retinopathy Eye Care Service with Comprehensive Diabetes Management of General Public Health System in Nepal”.

The Foundation is seeking consultants who meet the following minimum criteria and other requirements as per Terms of Reference (ToR):

• Copy of Firm/Company registration, PAN and VAT
• Tax clearance certificate for FY 2075/76
• Firm/Company Profile.

Please review the terms of reference carefully. To express interest in undertaking the work described, please submit the required documents to The Foundation Office at the address mentioned below by Wednesday, 01 April 2020, 4:00 PM.

Note: The firm/company who have already applied earlier will not be required to submit the proposal again.
