Call for Humanitarian Consultant(s) – CBM Global NCO’s Humanitarian Roster

Background:

CBM Global is a dual mandate organisation. As a dual mandate organisation, CBM Global Nepal Country Office (NCO) has been prioritising humanitarian actions along with regular development programs in its working geography of Nepal. Similarly, humanitarian preparedness and response are one of the strategic goals of the country office.  CBM Global Nepal strategically prioritized the humanitarian preparedness and response in its revised Country Strategic Plan 2019-24 and Inclusive Humanitarian Preparedness Strategy and Implementation Plan (2022-2025).

CBM Global NCO’s humanitarian preparedness strategy action plan has identified the inclusive humanitarian capacity building needs - building the humanitarian capacity of country office, partners, and Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) gradually during 2022-2025.

With this requirement CBM Global NCO is looking for humanitarian experts/consultants to lead and facilitate the series of humanitarian capacity building sessions. The consultant/expert may also be hired at the time of future emergency.

Therefore, CBM Global NCO invites applications from the interested and qualified consulting firms/individuals in below mentioned areas of humanitarian capacity.

Documents to be submitted

Interested individuals/ firm must submit:

• Duly filled & signed consultant registration form along with the copies of PAN/VAT certificate, firm registration, tax clearance certificate, experience certificates from other NGO/INGOs and Aid agencies.
• A detailed profile of the consulting firms/individuals includes type of programs implemented, trainings delivered, sustainability approach of capacity buildings, target groups supported, cross cutting issues and experience/approach of disability inclusion.

Eligible individual or firm who provide complete information may be invited to participate in future procurement processes. Therefore, all interested consultants are requested to respond to this EOI by submitting with required documents not later than 30 September 2022, the selection will be on rolling basis.

CBM Global NCO reserves the right to accept or reject any applications in whole or in part and alter the provisions of this EOI as deemed necessary without assigning reasons whatsoever.
