About JWAS Nepal

Janaki Women Awareness Society (JWAS Nepal) is a non-governmental organization working to promote the rights, dignity, resilience, and sustainable development of women, marginalized communities, and vulnerable groups. JWAS Nepal works in areas including climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction, sustainable livelihoods, agriculture and natural resource management, GESI, WASH, and community development.

About the Project

The Civil Society for Nature-based Local Agri-food Systems (CS4FS) Project aims to strengthen resilient, inclusive, and sustainable local agri-food systems through regenerative agriculture, livelihood diversification, entrepreneurship development, and improved market access. Under the project, 500 landless households will be supported to establish and strengthen sustainable livelihood enterprises through entrepreneurship development, technical skills enhancement, business planning, financial inclusion, enterprise formalization, and market linkages.

We are looking for the following positions:

Job Summary:

The Enterprise Development Facilitator (EDF) will support the field-level implementation of enterprise development activities by mobilizing communities, identifying and profiling eligible landless households, facilitating entrepreneurship and skills development, providing continuous coaching and mentoring to entrepreneurs, strengthening linkages with local stakeholders and markets, and monitoring enterprise progress
