Universal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (UTT) Nepal is a legal enterprise that primarily operates an airlines representative office in the capacity of a General Sales Agent (GSA). UTT is looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the company’s digital presence across content, social media, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall digital marketing efforts
Oversee and support a Social Media & Content Coordinator to ensure brand consistency and content quality
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management
Provide insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Coordinate email campaigns
Liaise with external creatives (e.g. freelance designers or photographers) as needed
Ensure digital marketing efforts align with business goals and seasonal priorities
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles for commercial entities
Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
Familiarity with managing or supporting junior staff or content contributors
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into action
Bonus: Experience in travel, tourism, or customer-facing businesses
