    About the Role:

Universal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (UTT) is seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and callers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and airline representatives warmly and professionally

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Manage front desk operations including receiving and distributing mail, maintaining visitor logs, and organizing courier services

  • Support internal communication by relaying messages and managing basic inquiries

  • Help schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and interviews

  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area

  • Assist with basic administrative support tasks as requested by office or executive staff

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front office, or customer-facing admin role

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong communication skills in English and Nepali

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google

  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Bonus: Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or aviation industries
