Customer Support Specialist

Details / requirements:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to Rudraksha products, orders, shipping, and spiritual recommendations. The role requires strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to handle a good number of customer queries across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication:
- Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, email, phone calls, and website chat.
- Provide accurate information about Rudraksha beads, bracelets, malas, and spiritual items.
- Guide customers through the product selection and purchasing process (training will be provided).
Order Support:
- Assist customers with order placement, payments, and checkout assistance.
- Track orders and provide updates regarding processing and shipping status.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.
CRM & System Management:
- Record customer interactions and order details in the CRM system.
- Maintain proper documentation for customer requests and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Customer Experience:
- Ensure timely responses and high customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Build trust with customers seeking spiritual guidance related to Rudraksha.
Other Specification
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or currently pursuing).
- 1+ year experience in customer support, sales support, or e-commerce support is preferred but not mandatory.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good written communication for chat and email support.
- Basic knowledge of Rudraksha or willingness to learn spiritual concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or customer support systems (preferred).
- Basic data entry and spreadsheet skills.
