Details / requirements:
We are a premier authorized Subaru dealership in Kathmandu, delivering world-class Japanese automotive engineering, performance, and customer experience. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Service Manager to oversee the complete operations of our automotive service center and workshop.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service center to ensure high productivity, efficiency, and compliance with Subaru standards
- Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of service advisors, workshop technicians, and support staff
- Establish and monitor workshop KPIs including turnaround time, fixed-right-first-time rates, and technician efficiency
- Oversee workshop inventory, ordering of genuine spare parts, and the proper maintenance of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Handle escalated customer complaints to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and retention
- Analyze monthly service revenue, manage operational costs, and implement strategies to achieve financial targets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of proven managerial experience
- In-depth technical knowledge of modern automotive diagnostics, electronics, and repair
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Valid four-wheeler driving license
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Fluency in English and Nepali
