Customer Support Representative (with English +Nepali/Urdu/Bengali/Hindi)

• Respond to customer inquiries via livechat, email, phone or social media platforms.
• Resolve product or service-related problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Track customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are addressed effectively.
• Offer recommendations to potential and existing customers by analyzing customer needs.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
• Excellent knowledge of English + Hindi/Bengali/Urdu/Nepali languages;
• Excellent communication skills and a high literacy rate;
• Ability to travel/relocate after the probation period (2-4 months);
• Must possess a high-performance computer suitable for remote work, as well as a stable Internet connection is required.

Will be an advantage:

• Customer support or VA experience is a major advantage.
