DECC Nepal is an innovative venture established with a vision to provide a platform to promote socio-cultural and business activities of national and international level in Nepal.

Spread over 3rd and 4th floor with an area of 50,000 square ft which has been divided and developed into different utility sections to offer our clients all types of facilities required to successfully conduct any kind of EVENT, EXHIBITION, TRADE FAIR and SEMINAR as per their concept.

DECC Nepal is looking for a Customer Service Executive staff for our new business operation. Selected candidates will be required to work in a time-bound environment and ensure service is provided to its best quality.

Customer Service Staff:

The customer service staff will be responsible for handling telephone, email and in person queries regarding the upcoming English language testing to be provided by DECC.

Desired Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Any experience in a customer facing role is preferable
  • Able to work in a team and manage large number of queries
  • Good command of English and Nepali both written and speaking
  • Should have basic understanding English Language testing and its importance for overseas education and work.
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Answering first level customer queries
  • Registration and verification
  • Receiving and delivering all incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Answering calls and directing to customer service team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
