• 5 years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree From International University
• Good Communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English in both written and spoken
• They must know how to handle complaints, coordinate with seniors, give alternatives, and make sure the customer gets a clear solution.
• Staff should be well-groomed, clean, properly dressed, and maintain a confident but respectful body language.
