Job Vacancy: Online Chat and Call Support Agent

Job Requirement 

• Age 18–30, female candidates only
• Basic typing skills and proficient in using smartphones and social media applications
• Able to communicate fluently in Hindi for daily conversation
• Outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to follow company rules
• Salary: 25,000 + commission (performance based)

Job Responsibilities

• Engage in online chat and video call interaction with platform users
• Maintain active communication and user engagement through the app
• Respond to user messages promptly and support daily platform activity 
• Provide daily online support and maintain platform users
• Strictly follow company rules and complete reporting procedures

Additional Information 

• No experience required; fresh graduates are welcome
• Paid training will be provided
• Working Hours: 1 pm to 8 pm. Candidates should be available for online chatting and user engagement even after office hours.
