Courier company Manager (Pokhara)

Team One Suppliers Pvt. Ltd. Is looking for person to fill in the managerial position in a newly opening branch located in Pokhara.

Field of responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• Organisation of the storage of goods
• Arranging delivery time and schedule for our customers
• Monitoring quality of couriers's perfomance
• Receiving payment for goods
• Accounting and store-keeping
• Hiring employees (Couriers, operators)
• Working with spreadsheets online and providing reports to the main office (KTM)

Candidates who are willing to apply for a job must meet the following requirements:

PERMANENT POKHARA RESIDENT

ESSENTIALS:

• Owner of a 2 - wheeler and valid 2 – wheeler license
• Perfect knowledge of computer / internet and office software (Microsoft office package)
• Perfect communication skills
• Understanding of English speech
• Aim for constant growth in productivity and personal results

GENDER, AGE, TRAITS AND PERSONALITY:

• Male, 24-45 years
• Kind, polite and respectful character
• Problem-solving mindset
• Client-oriented approach
• Ability to work under supervision

EDUCATION, SKILLS:

• Minimum completed 10 + 2, higher education will be an advantage
• Diligence in work
• Ability and willingness to learn fast

Duty time:

• 9 am – 6 pm
• 6 days a week, Sunday to Friday

Salary: Successful candidate should expect to earn from 30 000 up to 50 000 NPR. monthly, depending on their performance.
