Universal Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. (UTT) Nepal is a legal enterprise that primarily operates an airlines representative office in the capacity of a General Sales Agent (GSA). UTT is looking to hire a Corporate Sales Executive to manage corporate travel, group movements, and holiday package sales, supporting both outbound and inbound tourism linked to flydubai’s network.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Corporate, Groups & Holiday Sales

·         Develop and manage corporate accounts, group bookings, and contracted clients for flydubai in Nepal, including negotiated fares and travel programs.

·         Drive holiday package, group, and series bookings (corporate, leisure, incentive) across flydubai routes, coordinating fares, inventory, ticketing timelines, and post-sales servicing with reservations teams.

·         Manage relationships with flydubai, travel agents, tour operators, and trade partners, including joint sales visits and marketing activities.

·         Prepare and execute sales strategies and Account Development Plans to achieve targets while optimizing cost of sales.

·         Develop and implement tactical sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and grow market presence.

·         Provide regular market intelligence, sales analysis, and performance reports to management and stakeholders.

·         Represent flydubai at trade events, promotions, sales functions, and familiarization visits.

·         Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, finance, and reservations to support client and business needs.

 

Inbound & Outbound Market Development

·         Actively develop outbound travel markets from Nepal and support inbound tourism flows via flydubai’s network, in coordination with tour operators and destination partners.

·         Identify new inbound and outbound tour opportunities aligned with flydubai routes, schedules, and seasonal demand.

·         Support joint promotions with tour operators, hotels, and destination partners to grow holiday and group sales.

 

 Preferred Experience:

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2–3 years of relevant experience in airline sales, tourism, or travel management.

·         Proven experience in airline booking and ticketing, including working knowledge of fares, routing, and sales processes.

·         Demonstrated experience in corporate travel management, group bookings, and holiday package sales (round-trip bookings).

·         Practical exposure to outbound and inbound tour operations, including coordination with tour operators and travel agents.

·         Working knowledge of GDS systems, ticketing processes, and airline sales environments.

·         Strong understanding of the Nepal travel market and trade distribution channels.

·         Excellent communication/presentation skills, verbal and writing (English and Nepali).

·         Driving license holder (two-wheeler)
