Job Purpose

To lead and manage domestic sales and distribution of Fresh and Relief by supervising field sales staff and distributors, and ensuring strong market coverage across pharmacies, supermarkets, specialty shops, and therapy centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead domestic sales and distribution planning for assigned areas
  • Appoint, manage, and coordinate distributors and key retail accounts
  • Supervise, guide, and monitor field sales staff / medical representatives
  • Set sales targets and track performance against agreed KPIs
  • Ensure product availability, proper stocking, and timely replenishment
  • Conduct joint field visits for coaching, market development, and problem-solving
  • Implement basic in-store promotion, visibility, and sampling activities
  • Collect market intelligence on demand, pricing, competition, and consumer feedback
  • Prepare simple weekly and monthly sales & distribution reports

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, herbal, or wellness product sales
  • Proven experience in distributor handling and team supervision
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
