Position: Sales & Distribution Officer (Domestic Market)

Products: Fresh (Cold Reliever) & Relief (Pain Reliever)

Job Purpose

To lead and expand domestic sales of Fresh and Relief by developing strong distribution in pharmacies, supermarkets, specialty shops, and therapy/wellness centers during the first phase of market entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales in pharmacies, supermarkets, specialty stores, and therapy centers
• Appoint, coordinate, and support distributors and retail partners
• Visit outlets regularly, take orders, and ensure product availability
• Build strong relationships with pharmacists, store owners, and therapists
• Execute basic product promotion and in-store visibility activities
• Track sales performance and submit simple weekly/monthly sales reports
• Collect market feedback on pricing, demand, and competitor products

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Management, or related field preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, herbal, or wellness product sales
• Strong understanding of pharmacy and retail sales channels
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
