Oxfam focuses its activities on providing a comprehensive response to poverty, working cohesively in the four areas that constitute its identity: development cooperation, humanitarian action, faire trade, social mobilization, campaigns and education for global citizenship. 

Oxfam are conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) process and invites you to submit a proposal to provide Oxfam, within their requirements, for:

 TITLE: Consultancy service on Facilitation for Gender Action Learning System (GALS) Catalysis Workshop

Oxfam Program:  Empowering Her Project under Gender Justice

Objective of the assignment: 

The objective of this assignment is to contribute to train and build the capacity of participants to adapt GALS approach in the project. The specific objectives are:

• Adapt GALS tools and peer learning mechanism to local context.
• To develop a pool of local change agents (champions of GALS – women, men and youths) and capacitate them in adapting GALS methodology tools and peer learning approach. So that they are able to make changes in their own live
• To strengthen capacity of facilitator (change agents) for empowering rural communities for social, economic and political transformation.
• To develop the common understanding among and strengthen capacity of staff on GALS for application in Empowering Her project

Date :  Estimated to start from 13 October 2025 to 14 November 2025 (around 10 working days). The workshop has been planned on 3-9 November 2025.
