Consultancy service for preparation of Emergency Response Map

REED Nepal has been implementing Disaster Resilience of Schools Project (DRSP) with the financial support of NRA, Central Level Project Implementation Unit (CLPIU) in 250 schools of earthquake most affected 14 districts. In connection with that, REED Nepal is planning to prepare an emergency response plan (map, based on earthquake scenario) of 250 schools aligning with school DRM plan.

The overall objectives of this assignment is to prepare emergency response plan (map) aligning with school DRM plan.  

Tasks and Output

• Design Emergency Response Plan (Map) of 250 schools.
• Carry out assignment in consultation with DRSP project team.
• Collection of photos, master plan and draft school map in coordination with DRSP project team.

Required documents:

• Sealed quotation with a proposal that includes:
  • Brief concept note outlining tentative work plan for assignment with the cost estimate.
  • Financial proposal for the piece of work proposed in the TOR with evidence to support the proposal.
• Resume/CV of proposed staffs outlining relevant experience and work references.
• Firm/Company registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, Audit report and latest tax clearance certificate.

For this, the organization will provide a sample map for your reference that the organization expects from the designer while submitting the sealed quotation.
