Consultancy Notice: Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Action (DRR/CCA)

Objective & Scope

The core objective is to develop/update the Local Disaster and Climate Resilient Framework (LDCRF) for Balawa Municipality and strengthen stakeholder capacity in DRR/CCA.

Key Deliverables:

• Conduct Vulnerability and Risk Assessment (VRA) in 20 communities.
• Develop 20 Community Adaptation Plans.
• Develop/Finalize the Local Disaster and Climate Resilient Framework (LDCRF) for Balawa Municipality.
• Conduct a 3-day Capacity Building Training on DRR/CCA.
• Produce Inception, VRA, Training, LDCRF, and Workshop Reports.

Submission Requirements

2. Financial Proposal (detailed budget breakdown, inclusive of taxes).
3. Organizational Profile/CV (focusing on DRR/CCA experience in Terai).

5. Registration documents (VAT/PAN, Tax Clearance).
6. Sample Report of similar work.
