• Perform Annual Maintenance Activities and Help Desk Activities.
• Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, CCTV etc.
• Standby in Bank and INGOs for IT Helpdesk support.
• Guiding and helping the users in their needs.
• Upgrades of Service Packs and fixings.
