If you are selected, you have 

To Perform:

As Support Manager -1: 

• Handle day to day support calls
• Handle ticketing system
• Coordinate with Clients, internal staff and outside valley support staff/agent
• Reporting to client and management
• Conduct training to junior staff
• Have to manage overall support team
• Provide remote support to users
• Perform other task assigned by management

As IT Professional -10:

• Annual Maintenance Activities and Help Desk Activities
• Troubleshooting of Computer, Printer, Network, Email, Internet etc.
• Regular preventive maintenance of IT equipment.
• Guiding and helping to users in their needs.
• Upgrades of Service Packs
• Basic repair and maintenance of printer

We need:

• Minimum Bachelor for Support Manager and 10+2 for IT professionals.
• Having at least 2-years of work experience in similar job
• Good in Nepali and English Language in both written and spoken
• Eagar to learn with full dedications
• Can work in a Team
• Positive Attitude
• 2-Wheeler with the driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
