Sr. System Administrator

We are looking for self driven, motivated and result oriented professional to be part of our dynamic team as a “Sr. System Administrator ”.

Job Description

• Research, Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of a problem and communicate with respective team.
• Identify and provide workarounds and solutions, when possible, to meet customer’s business needs.
• Design and build network & system Infrastructure with a high degree performance, reliability and security.
• Assist in the leadership strategic planning to ensure team growth and new technology implementation.
• Be Responsible to perform network & system assessments, security audits and new client consultations.
• Communicate with customers as required, keep them informed of incident progress, notify them of impending changes.
• Have a good knowledge of scripting languages, SQL, windows clustering, domain controller, Active Directory and group policy.
• Perform server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
• Mentor and groom team members on new system protocols and policies
• Prioritize and preparing troubleshooting documentation of the relevant system as per best practices.

General Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer related programs (BE/BIT/BIM/BCA/BCIS)
• 5+ years working in a relevant role
• Thorough understanding of Microsoft, Linux, Virtualization, Cloud applications/infrastructure and CI/CD preferred
• Self-learner, research oriented and ability to learn new technologies quickly
• Certifications in Linux/Microsoft/Cloud Environment preferable
• Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solution in a time sensitive manner.
• Familiar with DevOps tools (Ansible/Jenkins/GIT)
• Good Communication Skill (Both Verbal and Written)
• Team player, self-driven attitude and provide effective solutions.
