Call for proposals from consulting firms/companies to conduct evaluation of the project, "From LOCAL to GLOBAL: Strengthening, networking and capacity building of youth-led activities for the right to a clean and healthy environment," and feasibility of the proposed new project, "Local to Global II - Catalyzing youth actions for climate change mitigation and adaptation (SDG 13)",

Terre Des Hommes Germany (hereafter “TDH”) is an international children's rights organization that promotes equitable development without racial, religious, political, cultural, or gender-based discrimination since 1967. Together with our local partner organizations in 37 countries, we support more than 240 projects in Latin America, Africa, Asia, and Europe. TDH is an independent non-governmental organisation that promotes civic engagement and the participation of children and youths in all aspects of its work. TDH sees its mission in strengthening children and realising children's rights for all children because every child has the right to live and to develop in the best possible way. At TDH, we are convinced that sustainable development is possible for all people if the interests of children and future generations are respected and realised.

The purpose of the assignment is to carry out an evaluation of the project, "From LOCAL to GLOBAL: Strengthening, networking and capacity building of youth-led activities for the right to a clean and healthy environment," and assess the feasibility of the proposed new project, titled "Local to Global II - Catalysing youth actions for climate change mitigation and adaptation (SDG 13)". The same project is being implemented simultaneously in India, Pakistan, and Nepal. In India and Pakistan, individual consultants will conduct the evaluation and feasibility studies separately. In Nepal, the designated consultant will not only carry out the evaluation and feasibility assessment of Nepal but also be responsible for consolidating findings from all three countries into a single, comprehensive final report..

Interested firms/companies are requested to send their Technical and Financial Proposal along with the CVs of team members and required documents to info.tdhgnepal@gmail.com. The last date of the receipt of proposals along with required documents is on 08.09.2025. Proposals submitted after the last date/ incomplete proposals will be rejected. Only shortlisted Firms/companies will be contacted for further selection process.
