Call for Proposal
Rural Health and Education Service Trust (RHEST) is a non-government organization. Since 1992, RHEST has been working to promote women and girl’s rights through various programs, including the STOP Girl Trafficking (SGT) and In Honor of Amar (Amar) programs in partnership with the Foundation for a Just Society (FJS) through the American Himalayan Foundation (AHF).
The main goal of the three-year (July 2020 to July 2023) Amar program is to make the program-supported girls able to live a dignified life through the program support aimed to prevent them from human trafficking, unsafe migration, child labor, and early marriage, and increase their capacity and leadership.
RHEST is going to conduct the Final impact of the Amar program. Therefore, RHEST is looking for a qualified research institute or organization with a minimum of five years of work experience on similar assignments in the fields of girl’s education, unsafe migration, girls trafficking, and child labor.
Terms of Reference (ToR):
Interested research institutions and NGOs are requested to submit their proposal to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title “Proposal for Final Impact Evaluation” by 5 pm on 16th December 2022. The proposal should include a concept note, methodology, research experience in similar thematic areas, technical description, the composition of a research team, their qualifications and experience, and the estimated budget in Nepal Rupees to accomplish the tasks as specified in the ToR.
