Islamic Relief Worldwide, IRW is an international humanitarian organization that provides development programs and humanitarian relief around the globe, regardless of race, political affiliation, gender or beliefs. (http://www.islamic-relief.org/). In Nepal, IRW is affiliated with Social Welfare Council as International Non-Governmental Organization since 2017.

Islamic Relief Worldwide, Nepal is developing a roster of potential vendors/suppliers with experience of working in following services. IRW, Nepal invites “Expression of Interest” (EoI) along with relevant services detail.

Categories

1. Air Ticketing, Domestic & International travels

2. Visa Service

3. Vehicle Rental -Inside Kathmandu Valley and in Mohattari, Siraha, Saptari, Parsa, Bara, Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Kapilvastu, Rupandehi, Jajarkot, Surkhet, Dailekh and Nepalgunj.

4. Legal Service (Issues related to labor act, Tax/VAT, Visa, work permit and other legal services)

5. ICT Supplies (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile phones, Photocopy Machine, Cartridge, and other IT accessories)

6. ICT services such as networking and technical support on computer, laptop, printer and others

7. Office furniture and Furnishing (Chair, table, cupboards, curtain, carpets, Partition and workspace etc.)

8. Office Stationeries

9. Groceries and cleaning items, Tea, coffee, sugar, toilet paper, harpic and other cleaning items

10. Promotional Materials bags, caps, jackets, office diary etc.

11. General Maintenance services- Plumbing, Water Supply, Electrical 

12. Vehicle/motorcycle repairs, maintenance, servicing with spare parts, Tyres / tubes

13. Hotel Services inside Kathmandu valley as well as in Janakpur, Sarlahi, Rautahat, Bara, Parsa, Surkhet, Dailekh, Nepalgunj, Jajarkot, Surkhet, Dailekh: i) Accommodation only ii) Accommodation in BB Plan, EP plans, AP plans, iii) Food: breakfast, lunch, dinner, iv) Hi-tea, tea/coffee cookies, v) Hall/Venue Non-residential workshop, vi) Hall/Venue Residential workshop

14. Advertisement agencies (online and print media)

15. Courier Services- National and International

16. Designing, Printing and publication (ID card, Banners, Visiting Card, Notebook, Pen, Annual report, T-shirts, Cap, Bags etc.)

17. Insurance Service Provider (medical, accidental, vehicle, assets, goods, travels)

18. Security guard and Cleaning Services (Supply of Security Guard and Cleaning Staff)

19. Emergencies Procurement (NFI Kits, Food and Non-food items, Winterization materials)

20. Appliances (Heater, Water dispenser, Fan, Air condition, Hotpot, Kitchenware)

21. Video documentary production

22. Proposal writing services

23. Needs assessment consultants

24. HR Services/Consulting Agencies (for HR related services including training, workshops etc)

Interested firm/supplier/ company/ Consultants/ Service Providers should submit:

• Supplier Pre Qualified Form (Fully filled including sign and stamp)
• Registration certificate & renewal
• VAT/PAN registered Certificate
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate (FY 2081/82 or FY 2080/81 + Extension)
