The Centre for International Studies and Cooperation (CECI) is an international cooperation organization founded in Canada in 1958 that aims to combat poverty, exclusion, and inequality through sustainable development projects in Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Since 1987, CECI has been contributing to Nepal’s inclusive economic and social development efforts. CECI's 2030 Strategic Framework focuses on two key impact areas: (1) sustainable and inclusive economies and (2) women's and girls' rights, supported by inclusive governance and humanitarian action that promote social cohesion and participation, particularly among women and youths. DETAILS OF SERVICE AND GOODS REQUIREMENT
CECI Nepal is updating its roster of qualified vendors, suppliers, and service providers for the fiscal year 2083/84. The roster will remain valid for one year and will be used to identify potential providers of goods and services required to support CECI Nepal's operations and project activities across the country. Therefore, it invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and eligible vendors, suppliers, and companies in the following categories:
- Hotel services for residential/non-residential events (Kathmandu, Pokhara, Nagarkot, Chitwan, Lumbini & Madhesh Province)
- Auditing services
- Travel and tour services (air ticketing—domestic and international)
- Vehicle rental services for across Nepal (specifically Kathmandu valley, Lumbini Province, Madhesh Province)
- Stationery and office supplies
- Courier and transportation services (domestic and international)
- Design, illustration, and printing services
- Electronics supply (e.g., TVs, refrigerators, fans, heaters, microwaves)
- Emergency relief supplies
- Event planning and management
- Graphic design and animated videos
- Digital/virtual accountability tools, platforms, hubs design and integration
- IT equipment (supply, repair, and maintenance—e.g., laptops, monitors, tablets, servers, batteries, photocopiers, headphones, printers, storage drives, network cabling, and troubleshooting)
- Life/Non-life insurance services
- IT consulting and advisory services
- Legal consulting services
- Marketing and advertising solutions
- Media-related services (e.g., TV interviews, podcasts, panel discussions, roundtables)
- Photography and videography
- Translation and live interpretation services
- Visibility, branding, and profiling solutions
- Visibility materials (e.g., T-shirts, caps, bags, mugs, pens, jackets, notebooks, diaries, token items)
Interested vendors and suppliers should submit a cover letter, company profiles, a copy of their valid company registration certificate, their PAN/VAT registration certificate, the latest tax clearance certificate, and a list of goods and services they provide per the categories mentioned above.
Please submit e-copies of all relevant documents requested to cecinepal@ceci.ca by 5:00 PM, Thursday, July 30, 2026.
CECI Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without giving any reasons whatsoever.
