ChildFund Japan is child-focused international development organization committed to promote the rights of children through international development cooperation in the spirit of harmonious coexistence since 2006. ChildFund Japan in Nepal is seeking a consultant, expert in Human Resource and Contract Management to strengthen the on-going operating systems by ensuring high quality systems are in place for inclusive performance and oversees all aspects of administrative system to maintain transparency and accountability.
The consultant is required to have a Law Degree/Postgraduate in law (LLM) with specialization in contract law, employment law or related field with strong knowledge of Nepal’s legal systems and minimum 5 years of experience in providing legal advice to INGO’s regarding Human Resource and Contract Management.
