Consultancy service for teachers training on Early Grade Reading
Pal Tashi Chhyoling Monastery School is implementing the activity of "Training for Teachers on Early Grade Reading" in collaboration with the Association for International Solidarity in Asia – ASIA. The project is to be implemented within a short period, within June 2024 it aims to deliver the following outputs:
Expected Deliverable
Pal Tashi Chhyoling Monastery School expects the following deliverables to be provided:

| 3 | Facilitating teachers training at Pokhara | Conduction of the training- 6 days face-to-face teacher training, 2 phases which need 3 days each phase. | |
| 4 | Submission of final task completion report | Covering all the contents, deliverable, learning and recommendation | 2 Training Reports (1st and 2nd training) |
Status updates/reporting
The consultant will report to the Project Manager of ASIA Nepal who is based at Lazimpat, Kathmandu.
Other important information
The sub-contracting from the consultant for the services is not acceptable.
Requirements:
- Cover letter expressing interest in the project for final evaluation.
- Separate Technical and Financial proposal
- Detail profile of the firm and Consultant's CVs
- Updated firm registration, VAT, and Tax clearance certificate.
- Term of Reference (ToR) is available in the annex below and can be downloaded.
The above-mentioned documents must be submitted via email. The subject of the email must be “EOI for Training for the Teachers”. The email must be sent to a dedicated email address, that is tashichhyoling@gmail.com. The document submission deadline is 28th April 2024. The procurement process shall be governed by ASIA's procurement policy.
Pal Tashi Chhyoling Monastery School and Asia Nepal may at any time in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, withdraw, or suspend the process in whole or in part without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
