Call for Expression of Interest (EoI)

Mercy Corps is an international, non-governmental humanitarian relief and development agency that exists to alleviate suffering, poverty and oppression by helping people to build secure, productive and just communities. Mercy Corps was established in 1979, and has headquarters in the USA and UK. Since 1979, Mercy Corps has worked in over 100 countries. Mercy Corps started operations in Nepal in 2005. Since then, the agency has been working to build the absorptive, adaptive and transformative potential of vulnerable individuals and communities across the country through a systems-based approach to market development, financial services, Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation and youth engagement through the lens of gender equity and social inclusion.

Mercy Corps Nepal invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from eligible Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) for the implementation of the Bhotekoshi-Trishuli Flood Response and Recovery Program.

Districts: Nuwakot, Rasuwa and Dhading 

Basic eligibility criteria:

Interested registered NGOs authorized to operate in the district/s are eligible to apply. They should comply with SWC guidelines, government policies and legal requirements. Organization should have an inclusive board along with a clear mission, vision, values and organizational policies and structure. 

Submission of EOI

Interested organizations are requested to submit their proposals by 17:00 Hours on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, in accordance with the guidelines available at the following link:
