1. Call for Expression of Interest for Consultant for Video Production on Key Issues for Domestic and Unpaid Care Workers in Nepal (RFP-VWW-001)

Yuwalaya in support of Oxfam in Nepal is making 3 videos focusing on importance of men engagement, importance of registration of laborers and care work as the dignified work. In this regard, we are seeking a media consultant to produce 3 videos that should effectively communicate the importance of men's engagement, labor registration, and dignified care work, targeting policymakers, stakeholders, and the general public.

Consultant Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production and editing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and high production quality.
• Experience in producing advocacy or educational videos, preferably on social issues.
• Ability to work collaboratively and incorporate feedback.
• Familiarity with issues related to domestic work, labor rights, and gender equality.

2. Call for Expression of Interest for Research Brief in Nepali language of Domestic Workers Rights (RFP-VWW-002)

Yuwalaya, in collaboration with Oxfam in Nepal, is implementing the "Valuing Women’s Work (VWW)" project aimed at empowering informal women workers and unpaid carers, particularly domestic workers, to assert their rights collectively. Before this, Yuwalaya, in collaboration with Oxfam in Nepal, has undertaken a research project aimed at advocating for the rights and welfare of women domestic and unpaid care workers in Nepal. This project seeks to influence policy reforms, enhance the living standards of these workers, and ensure their rights are protected.

In this regard, we are seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive and concise research brief in Nepali language based on the findings from the project "Building Voice for Women Domestic and Unpaid Care Workers in Nepal," conducted by Yuwalaya with the support of Oxfam in Nepal. The brief will provide essential information and recommendations to policymakers, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.

Consultant Requirements:

• Masters degree in social sciences, policy analysis, or related fields with proven experience in conducting and writing research briefs, particularly in social sciences, policy analysis, women's rights, or labor rights.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication in English, and proficiency in research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in developing policy recommendations, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to gender equality and the rights of domestic and unpaid care workers.
