• At least 5 years of experience in mental health programming, training and curriculum development
• Sound understanding of perinatal mental health issues

• At least 2 years of experience in public health, MNCH or environmental health
• Strong foundation in maternal, newborn and child health
• Good understanding of the linkages between climate change and health, especially maternal and neonatal outcomes (e.g. impacts of heat, nutrition, vector-borne diseases, water insecurity
• Familiarity with national climate change and health policies, frameworks, and WHO guidance.
• Experience in developing competency-based training or orientation materials for health providers

• At least 2 years of experience in architectural or structural design of public buildings, preferably health facilities
• Knowledge of disaster risk reduction (DRR), environmental sustainability, and climate change adaptation strategies in infrastructure design
•  Familiarity with health facility design standards and guidelines, preferably those developed by WHO, Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP), or international health infrastructure frameworks.
• Proven track record of developing prototype or standard design packages for health infrastructure projects.

• At least 2 years of experience in health communication, mental health, public health, or community health education.
• Proven track record of developing IEC/BCC materials in mental health, maternal health, or climate-related health topics.

• Excellent command of both English and Nepali languages (written and oral).
• Prior experience working with MoHP, WHO, UN agencies or health development partners preferred.
• Candidate having a strong background in clinical training facilitation and managing competency based training activities.

• Facilitated on trainer update in 1-2 batches SHP training site strengthening

5 Years of work experience as ROUSG trainer

• Have working experience in the development of SOP for the simulation lab

• 5 years of work experience as SHP/SBA trainer
• Involved in simulation-based education 
• Good facilitation skills and trained with a simulation training package
