Building Effective Networks (BEN) – Nepal

Child Workers in Nepal (CWIN), in partnership with Liliane Fonds (LF), invites qualified individual consultants or consultancy teams to submit an Expression of Interest to support the implementation of the Building Effective Networks (BEN) initiative in Nepal.

The consultancy aims to facilitate a comprehensive context analysis, stakeholder and power analysis, and the development of a participatory Theory of Change (ToC), followed by the design of a Multi-Annual Programme Plan (MAPP) and partner network governance structure. The assignment will contribute to strengthening disability-inclusive, community-based rehabilitation (CBR) programming for children and youth with disabilities in Nepal.

The consultant will work closely with CWIN, Liliane Fonds, organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs), potential partner organisations, government stakeholders, and communities, using inclusive and participatory methodologies. The assignment will be implemented in two phases:

Phase 1: Context analysis and Theory of Change development

Phase 2: Network development and Multi-Annual Programme Planning

Submission

Interested consultants are requested to submit a technical proposal/workplan, including methodology, timeline, and budget, as outlined in the Terms of Reference.
