AUCTION NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF A USED OFFICIAL VEHICLE

iDE Nepal invites interested individuals or firms to submit their bid (offer) in a sealed envelope for the purchase of the used Official vehicle listed below:

Interested bidders (Individuals/firms/companies) should submit the bid as per the form provided in Annexure 1. The bid should be submitted before 5:00 pm by 7th December, 2023. The vehicle is available for inspection between 1st December to 7th December 11:00 am to 3:00 pm (Except Saturday and Sunday) at the Country office, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.

The bid should be submitted to the following address:

iDE Nepal, Country Office, Jhamshikel, Lalitpur (Opposite of DAV College Gate No 4)

Terms and conditions:

• Potential buyers shall make offer in written form, using the template (see Annex 1) and submit it to the aforementioned address before the deadline. The bid documents in an electronic form or in an open form/loose envelope shall not be accepted.
• The offers will be evaluated on the basis of highest bid. 
• The offers received within the closing date/time will only be considered for the evaluation.
• The items on sale shall still remain the property of the iDE Nepal until the proof of payment is presented as well as the necessary paperwork for the transfer of ownership is done
• Payments should be deposited in the iDE Nepal's bank account within 2 working days. Bank account detail will be communicated later to the successful bidder.
• The vehicle shall be handover from the iDE Nepal Country office, Jhamiskhel, Lalitpur, in the condition of as it is.
• The successful bidders will bear all associated cost related to ownership transfer and will complete all associated work its own risk.
• Vehicle should be removed from the iDE Nepal premises within 3 working days after completion the procedure of transfer of ownership. 
• iDE Nepal does not take any warranty and guarantee of the vehicle.
• iDE Nepal has the right to cancel or extend the auction period at any time.
• iDE Nepal reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving reasons whatsoever.
• The bidding documents shall be opened on 11th December, 2023,11:00 am in the presence of bidders at the country office, Jhamsikhel, Lalitpur.
