Expression of Interest (EOI) call for various consultancy assignments

NGO Federation of Nepal (NFN) is an umbrella organization of legally registered civil society organizations, enterprises, or entities dedicated to and working for democracy, human rights, peace, sustainability, justice and poverty eradication across 77 districts, seven provinces and federal level. Since its establishment in 1991, it has not only served its members but has also served and collaborated with a wide range of civil society organizations, federations, associations, and networks that share common values, mission agendas, and actions. NFN invites EOI from eligible and experienced organizations and individuals for the following assignments:

Assignment 1: Updating Members’ Data, Assessment of Members’ Engagement, Quality of Collaboration, Partnerships, and Future Needs (survey)

Assignment 2: Video Documentation on NFN’s Institutional Memory

Assignment 3: Documentation of NFN’s Institutional Memory and Knowledge

Assignment 4: Digitization of Membership Management System and Website Enhancement

Individuals or firms interested in these assignments and meeting the specified requirements are invited to submit their EOI no later than 22 September 2025. Those wishing to apply for more than one assignments must submit a separate proposal for each assignment. Each submission should include:

• A technical proposal (maximum 7 pages)
• A financial proposal
• Updated CVs of all team members

Shortlisted applicants will be invited for final discussions.
