Sales Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and other platforms
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefits and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate with:
  • China Office
  • Other Department of Nepal Office
  • Teammates
  • Prepare reports on daily calls, weekly and monthly work plans to keep the management informed about the activities of sales department
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to management
  • Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales
  • Contribute towards team effort by accomplishing required results
  • Conduct sales calls and follow-up calls
  • Plan and provide strategies for growth of the organization
