Forum for Rural Women Ardency Development (FORWARD) is a national, nonprofit, humanitarian development and non-governmental organization working since 1998. It is a well-established youth-led organization that works on empowering rural communities through various inclusive educational, agricultural, Climate change, knowledge management, human rights and sustainable livelihood enhancement programs. FORWARD SUNSARI hereby invites applications from experienced and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following positions for anticipated projects with supporting agencies:

1. The Aquaculture Trade Coordinator will focus on developing market linkages between fish producers, hatcheries, feed mills, input suppliers, processors, and traders. The position will work intensively with the private sector to promote trade facilitation, improve sales channels, and ensure quality and compliance standards. The ATC will also support local entrepreneurs in feed, seed, and equipment businesses to strengthen the aquaculture market system.

2. Location: FORWARD Sunsari with frequent field travel across Morang and Sunsari districts

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Agriculture, Agribusiness, or Economics with at least 5–10 years of experience in market system development, value-chain, agribusiness, or aquaculture value chains.
