Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) is a non-profit, non-government and non-partisan development organization recognized at the national level, which is based in head office at Bishwakarma chowk, Janakpurdham-4 Bishwokarma Chowk, Dhanusha, and district office at Jaleshwor – 5, Mahottari. Since its establishment in 2058 B.S, DSWCN has been carrying out different development and humanitarian activities on empowerment, Social Accountability, Livelihood Recovery for Peace (IGA, ME, and TT), Education, good governance, human rights, awareness raising, poverty reduction, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, Youth, Environment Conservation, and institutional strengthening as well as advocacy through networking of local NGOs and community-based organizations in different districts of Madhesh Province of Nepal.

Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) invites qualified company/vendors to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for enlistment in the vendor list for the fiscal year 2080/81 under the following categories:

Categories:

1. Office Supplies, Stationeries, and Consumables
2. Hotel services: - meeting/workshop/seminar hall including food and accommodation (Inside Madesh Province)
3. ICT Supplies/service (Computer, Laptop, Printer, Mobile Phones, Photocopy Machine, Scanner, Cartridge, Hard drive, Pendrive, and other IT accessories)
4. IT Services (Networking and Repair & Maintenance)
5. Furniture and furnishings such as (Office Chairs, Table, Cupboard, Sofa & its’ covers, Curtains etc.)
6. Printing and Publication (Banners, Hoarding Boards, Marble Art/Designing, ID Card, Visiting Cards, Notebook/Diaries/Copy, Pen, Different types of Reports, Magazines, Brushers, Books, Pupates, T-shirts, Caps, Bags, Jackets, etc.)
7. Vehicle Hiring service (Inside Madesh Province and outside Madesh Province, Kathmandu, Pokhara, & Chitwan)
8. Domestic and International Air Ticketing.
9. Maintenance (Carpentry, Plumbing, Water Supply, Electrical Maintenance, Generators, Backups, Motorcycles, etc.)
10. Construction works such as (Hand pump Installation, Toilet, Buildings etc.)
11. Agricultural Services (Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, equipment/Tools etc.)
12. Veterinaries Services (Goat, duck, poultry, Piglets etc.)
13. Insurance Services (Provide Medical/Accidental Insurance to DSWCN Staff/dependent and insure DSWCN’s property/equipment/assets)
14. Advertisement agencies (Online, Radio Broadcasting, Television, and print media)
15. Transportation of goods, Courier Services

Interested firm/suppliers/ company/ should submit:

• A Cover Letter,
• A copy of Firm/Company Registration Certificate & Renewal,
• VAT/PAN Registration Certificate,
• Latest Tax Clearance Certificate,
• Vendor Profile

The interested vendors are encouraged to submit their EOI in hard or soft copies at our office address given below before 2080/05/26.

Submission Procedures:

Hard Copy Submission: The hard copy documents should be enclosed in a sealed envelope with Subject- DSWCN, EOI FY-2080/81 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

OR,

Soft Copy Submission: Submit scanned copy of documents online (email to: dswcn.procurement@gmail.com) with Subject- DSWCN, EOI FY-2080/81 vendor listing and mention the category you are interested in from the above list.

A response to this EOI does not automatically ensure that you will be selected for quotation/bid. Dalit Society Welfare Committee Nepal (DSWCN) reserves the rights to reject any or all proposals without assigning any reasons whatever.
