Group of Helping Hands (SAHAS) Nepal is a non-governmental development organization established in 1996 and working on sustainable agriculture and food security, Disaster risk reduction and climate change, natural resource management, lobby and advocacy, civic quality education, infrastructure development, social mobilization and movement. The organisation focuses to work with vulnerable families and communities, and smallholder farmers to improve their livelihood.At present, the organization is implementing several projects in a total of 21 districts of Nepal.

SAHAS Nepal is seeking energetic, committed and creative candidates young to work on "Learning Gaps Project" and "Paila Project" for the following positions:

1. Position: Admin and Finance Officer

Duty Station: Khadadevi Rural Municipality, Ramechhap district

Required number: 1

Academic qualification/experiences:

• BBS or BBA Accounts with 2 years experience in Finance and Administrative works
• Excellent computer skills in Excel, Ms-Word, Power point, skills in Accounting Software
• Strong commitment to team work with effective communication skills
• Motivating leadership, interpersonal skills in languages
• Efficient team player and can thrive under pressure

Key responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain day to day financial accounts and financial management
• Prepare clear accurate financial information with sufficient documents
• Implementation of the compliance of the government, funding partner and the organization
• Manage procurement related responsibilities
• Handle multi-project accounts
• Day to day logistic and administration
• Financial reporting, analysis, monitoring and follow up of project activities
• Preparing a budget 
• Maintain safety, secure of the project assets, stock, and keep records of personal files, tax, Social Security Fund and other salary related information of the respective project

2. Position: Climate and Livelihood Technician

Duty Station: Shibalaya Rural Municipality, Jajarkot district

Required number: 1

Academic qualification/experiences:

• TSLC in Agriculture/Vet plus
• Minimum one year of working experience in relevant sector
• Strong coordination with social mobilization knowledge
• Working experiences with the local communities

Key responsibilities:

• Agriculture/Vet based activities implementation
• Coordination communication with Municipality and Rural Municipality
• Technical support
• Report writing skills
• Computer skills
