Alliance against Trafficking in Women & Children in Nepal (AATWIN) is the national level network working to raise the strong and collective voice against the human trafficking. From the very beginning, it has been working for the policy change in local, national to international level. Besides, it has made great effort for the conceptual clarity among the member organizations and people in general. At present, there are 44 member organizations from different parts of the country.

AATWIN is seeking application from highly motivated, dynamic and result orientated qualified Nepalese citizen for the following position.

Location: Kathmandu

Starting Date: Last week of Feb 2024

Position: Admin and Finance Officer

Job Purpose: The Admin and Finance Officer will oversee the overall responsibility of Administration and Finance of organization as well the various projects of AATWIN.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or business, and/or the equivalent or any other related discipline with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Master’s degree will be get preference
• Good organizational, interpersonal, administrative and management skills
• Sound knowledge in Excel and computer in handling all the Office software, accounting packages and taxation
• Good typing skill both in Nepali and English
• Able to communicate in English and Nepali Language
• Good documentation and communication skill
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic and entrepreneurial attitude.
• Flexible and committed to teamwork

Salary & Benefits shall be according to organizational provision.
