Bagmati Welfare Society Nepal (BWSN) was established in 1995 A.D (2051 B.S.) and registered as non-profit making, nonpolitical and non-governmental organization in District Administration Office, Sarlahi. BWSN was formed with the objective of engaging marginalized and vulnerable people in development activities with their enhanced capacity which ensures the improvement opportunities for poor, deprived, and destitute community people living in Terai region. The thematic area of BWSN is Health, Nutrition, Disaster Risk Management, Climate change, Human Rights, Child Rights, Peace and Democracy, Livelihood and Enterprises Development, Education, and WASH. BWSN in partnership with Water AID Nepal is implementing Hygiene Behavior Change in Schools and HCFs of Siraha district project. BWSN invites application from interested and eligible candidates.

Admin and Finance Officer

Project Office-Mirchaiya-Siraha

  • Overall operations of the finance and administration related systems to ensure accurate and timely operations and reporting;
  • monitors, evaluates, and manages budgeting and financial matters for the effective and efficient utilization of Health Hygiene resources;
  • and directs all administrative functions of the project, including the development and maintenance of administrative systems and operational procedures as well as inventory management.
  • BBS or equivalent with 3 years’ experience in the similar field.
  • Should have advanced financial management skills.
  • Additionally, should be proficient in using internet, apps and MS Office package as well should have fluent spoken and written skills in English, Nepali and Maithili language.
  • Should have a two-wheeler driving license.
