Job Description of Account/Admin Officer

  • Creating and processing invoices
  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
  • Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
  • Sending bills and invoices to clients
  • Tracking organization expenses
  • Processing refunds 
  • Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
  • To co-ordinate with national and international client regarding medical equipment and price list.
  • Working in liaison with marketing department to adhere the equipment sales and service strategy.
  • Perform other various task provided by operation department.


  • Bachelor’s degree in management


  • At least 1 year of experience/fresher’s.
