Job Description of Account/Admin Officer
- Creating and processing invoices
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable
- Sending bills and invoices to clients
- Tracking organization expenses
- Processing refunds
- Working with collection agencies on overdue payments
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- To co-ordinate with national and international client regarding medical equipment and price list.
- Working in liaison with marketing department to adhere the equipment sales and service strategy.
- Perform other various task provided by operation department.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in management
Requirement:
- At least 1 year of experience/fresher’s.
