Account and Revenue Officer (Female Only)

Currently, we are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to assume the role of Accounts and Revenue Officer and contribute to our continued success.

Job description and responsibilities

• Updating daily ledger
• Maintaining monthly invoices
• Handling accounts payable and receivable.
• Updating and maintaining monthly VAT record
• Overseeing petty cash issuance and dispersion
• Updating payroll sheet regularly
• Daily follow-up on revenue
• Prepare vouchers and checks for funds release and purchase logistics as directed.
• Ensure that all monthly transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintaining and updating utility bills.
• Preparing and updating monthly accounts records and presenting them to the Senior Manager.

Position requirements and qualifications

• BBA, BBS graduates, or any relevant subject.
• Individuals pursuing a relevant bachelor's program 
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Good communication skills in both English and Nepali with Nepali typing.
• Able to commit to work for 1 year after the job contract.
• Familiar with accountant software "Tally".
• Personnel having 2-wheelers and a License are preferred.
