Forum for Community Upliftment System (FOCUS Nepal), a non-governmental organization (NGO) based in Dhading, invites applications from qualified, competent, and highly motivated Nepalese citizens for the following vacant positions to support the implementation of the Emergency Flood Response Project in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, and Dhading districts.

1. Job Position: Response Coordinator – 3 No. (Three) Level - 7

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Disaster Management, WASH, Public Health or a related field. (Master Degree preferred)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in humanitarian/emergency response, disaster risk reduction, WASH or community-based programmes.

2. Job Position: Public Health Engineer (PHE) Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 6

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields: Water Resource Engineering, Civil Engineering or public health engineering.
• At least 2 years of RELEVANT experience as a PHE Officer working in Nepal and implementing hardware WASH activities.

3. Job Position: Protection Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Development Studies, Sociology, Human Rights, Psychology or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in protection, safeguarding or humanitarian programme.

4. Job Position: FSL Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Livelihoods, Development Studies, Economics, or related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in FSL, livelihoods, or emergency response.

5. Job Position: MEAL & Documentation Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor’s degree with Monitoring and Evaluation, Statistics, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Health, or a related field. 
• At least 2 years of relevant MEAL experience, preferably in humanitarian/emergency response and WASH or community-based programmes.

6. Job Position: Public Health Promotion Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in public health (BPH), Nursing, Nutrition, or related field (master’s preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in health promotion, nutrition, WASH, or maternal/child health programmes.

7. Job Position: Admin & Finance Officer – 2 No. (Two) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management or a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting and administration, preferably with an NGO/INGO or humanitarian organization in Nepal.

8. Job Position: Logistic Officer – 1 No. (One) Level - 5

Professional skills and qualifications needed for the position:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Development Studies or a relevant discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain or administration, preferably with an NGO/INGO or humanitarian organization in Nepal.
