A well-reputed organization, based in Kathmandu specializing in the energy and public health sectors is seeking qualified professionals for its upcoming project. The multi-year project is being implemented in rural areas of Sudurpaschim Province, Nepal. Candidates with relevant experience and expertise are invited to apply for the following positions. Women are encouraged to apply. 

Position: Public Health Officer - 1

Qualification and experience: At least Bachelor's degree in Public Health or a related field, with at least three years of professional experience in the public health sector. S/he will oversee improving basic health systems through upgrading basic amenities, capacity building of health workforce, stakeholder coordination, learning and documentation. The position is Kathmandu-based but the candidate should be willing to undertake frequent travel to project sites as required.

Position: Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer - 1

Qualification and experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Economics or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage. At least three years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, or project management within development projects. S/he will oversee progress monitoring, outcome tracking, documentation and knowledge management and sharing. The position is Kathmandu-based but the candidate should be willing to undertake frequent travel to project sites as required.

Position: Municipal Health Coordinator - 1

Qualification and experience: Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field. At least one years of professional experience in public health, community health, or municipal health programmes. Experience working with local governments and health facilities is preferred. S/he will work with the local government and coordinate all field activities and oversee upgrading basic amenities in health facilities, capacity building of health workforce, stakeholder coordination, learning and documentation. The position is field-based with frequent movement within the project rural municipality. Preference will be given to the candidate from Sudurpaschim Province. 

Position: Technical Coordinator - 1

Qualification and experience: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field. At least one year of relevant experience in the field implementation of development or infrastructure projects. S/he will work with the local government and oversee installation and operation of energy systems in local health facilities, capacity building, technical monitoring, learning and documentation. The position is field-based with frequent movement within the project rural municipality. Preference will be given to the candidate from Sudurpaschim Province.
